About Us

The HCA de SA promotes and supports the Small, Minority, Woman, and Veteran-owned businesses in the construction industry or conducting business with the industry. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit supporting our members through education, training, networking, and the distribution of project information. We also help project owners and large general contractors with their diversity outreach programs. We provide college scholarships to students pursuing a construction-related degree as well as to members and their families.
